Pick Up

Steps: 

  1. Make your purchase by either ordering online, by calling us (at 905-660-1421), or by coming in-store. 
  2. Wait for an email from us outlining when to pick up your order. Please bring your order confirmation.
  3. Come to our front office, and we'll notify you which dock to receive your order at. We are located at 225 Orenda Rd, Brampton, ON, L6T 1E6.
  4. The warehouse staff will be able to handover your order. 

Hours:

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

Delivery

In the GTA region, we ship your seafood in our special, refrigerated trucks to maintain your seafood's quality and freshness!

Steps: 

1. Once you've added your product(s) into the shipping cart, the next step will be to select "Delivery Method" and give the address.

2. Depending on the address, your purchase will have different costs and timing.

Shipping to Toronto GTA and Ontario Southern. Cost varies depending on the distance and weight. Check in the shopping cart the amount after adding the products and shipping address.

 

Track your order

You will receive three emails (or texts if opted in) notifications to track the order:

  1. Email purchase confirmation order.
  2. Email purchase on the way.
  3. Email purchase delivered confirmation.

Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. If there are any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us by telephone or email.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Inter-Canada Fisheries (www.intercanadafisheries.com) does not ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Inter-Canada Fisheries (www.intercanadafisheries.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Inter-Canada Fisheries (www.intercanadafisheries.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping with a third party carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Canada.
