We ship your seafood in our special, refrigerated trucks and we maintain your seafood’s quality and freshness!
If there is an issue with your order we ask that you contact us within 12 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we may replace your order or issue you a refund.
We strongly prefer that someone be home to receive the delivery. If not, your package will be placed on the front porch, left with concierge, etc. Please leave any specific instructions on your order notes. Please understand that once the delivery is completed and the package is left at your location, concierge/front desk, etc. it becomes your responsibility and no refund will be issued in case of stolen or spoiled product.
Delivery within the GTA is available on all items we sell except for live items like clams, mussels, oysters, and lobsters. We reserve the right to choose delivery couriers. We may use Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority services for remote deliveries.
Our standard instructions to Canada Post are to safe drop the package if there is no one available to receive it. If there are any special instructions for delivery, the customer may leave them in the comment box while placing the order. We shall pass them along to Canada Post on the package. On occasions the Canada Post delivery person may choose not to follow these instructions for a variety of reasons. If they do so, it is beyond our control.
Shipping delays rarely occur. In the rare case they do, please contact us right away and we will let you know the proper procedure to follow.
Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. If there are any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us by telephone or email.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.
