All orders are final once placed. We request our customers to check their order thoroughly before checking out. Since we have a very short turnaround time, it is very difficult for us to make any changes to an existing order.
If there is an issue with your order we ask that you contact us within 12 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we may replace your order or issue you a refund.
We strongly prefer that someone be home to receive the delivery. If not, your package will be placed on the front porch, left with concierge, etc. Please leave any specific instructions on your order notes.
During transit your seafood is shipped in a refrigerated truck and we maintain your seafood’s quality and freshness. Please understand that once the delivery is completed and the package is left at your location, concierge/front desk, etc. it becomes your responsibility and no refund will be issued in case of stolen or spoiled product.
