Cuttlefishes are marine molluscs of the order Sepiida. They belong to the class Cephalopodan, which also includes squid, octopuses, and nautiluses. Our Tunisian Cuttlefishes are wild-caught in the waters of Thailand then frozen immediately to keep their fresh! Cuttlefishes have a flavour that is a cross between octopus and squid. They are fuller flavored than calamari but not nearly as rich as octopus. Additionally, this inkfish provides a great source of omega-3 fatty acids without too much fat and they are chock-full of of vitamins, especially Vitamins A, D, and several in the B complex.

IQF stands for Individual Quick Frozen. IQF results in a higher quality product compared to block freezing. It's good for food sustainability, as you can defrost and use the exact needed quantity instead of thawing the whole block.
