If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us at 1 905 660 1421 within 12 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we will replace your order or issue you a refund. Please, keep your product frozen, and we will coordinate to pick it up.
Note: We guarantee that our packaging will maintain your seafood’s quality. Please understand that it becomes your responsibility once the delivery is completed and the package is left at your location, concierge/front desk, etc. No refund will be issued in case of stolen or spoiled product.
