Common Octopus (Octopus Vulgaris) is a mollusc belonging to the class Cephalopoda. Our Octopuses are caught in the waters of Spain, then cleaned and immediately frozen and tenderized to both maximize freshness and optimize texture. The Octopus has a chew and slightly sweet when you eat raw and when the octopus is well- cooked, it has removed the the same texture and tastes like lobster. Additionally, Octopus is both nutritious and filling. It is high in protein, iron, vitamin B-12, and selenium, but low in calories and fat which is boost your heart-health.
