Our Baby Octopus is processed, cleaned, gutted, eyes off and teeth off and packed in flower shape. With its chewy and tender texture, you can feel the mild flavor when enjoy the octopus. Additionally, Octopus is both nutritious and filling. It is high in protein, iron, vitamin B-12, and selenium, but low in calories and fat which is good for your heart-health.
