Atlantic cod has a slightly sweet taste, with large flakes that fall apart easily when cooked. Atlantic Cod has less moisture content, a firmer texture, and generally a larger market size.

IQF stands for Individual Quick Freezing. IQF results in a higher quality product compared to block freezing. It's good for food sustainability, as you can defrost and use the exact needed quantity instead of thawing the whole block.
